1) Use it on one currency pair only to start with. I reccomend GBPUSD
2) Chose one timeframe and stick to it. Preferably the smaller timeframes
3) Trade the same time everyday. Make sure you only chose two - three hours during the say which to trade. Don't exhaust yourself and be sure that you can remain consistent. I suggest the 5min chart between 6-8am.
4) Have a set stop loss and take profit and never change it!! i.e. I do 20 pips TP and 20pips SL.
If you follow those rules this product is amazing! Take the next down or up arrow after 6am and before 8am. It works like a charm in the long run.
