- It has always had lousy customer support from the beginning. When it was first put out, it was so buggy that you couldn't get it to work at all and e-mails went unanswered for days and then the answer was copied out of the manual or you referred to the video. They have a complicated set up for registering to a specific demo account., If you want to change demo accts (it wiped one out and you want to set up another with the same broker), at one time they needed evidence it is closed out. It's unclear from their website if this is still the case. They recommend a broker that charges high commissions on each trade rather than using a broker that is paid off the spread. If you're willing to live with all this, you still have the problem of large drawdowns that exceed any profit you might make. The settings are confusing so it is difficult to tweak into performance. Save your money.
