Good customer support
Cons:
Hard to-use platform, Spread widens frequently, Unstable platform
Bottom Line:
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Their system is real slow, I am running other trading platforms on the same PC, and never experiences any stability issues. This scenario makes for an unpleasant trading experience.

A bright side however is their good customer service.
