Spread widens frequently, Poor customer support, Poor charting software

No, I would not recommend this to a friend

First and foremost their customer service is awful. Also at the time I traded with them they still hadn't offered MT4. I don't like anything about the company. They are successful because they were the first guys on the block and they have the money to out market all other brokers. If you want a good broker check out MB Trading.

Good for a micro start up account

Low spreads, Easy-to-use platform, Good customer support

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I used a micro account with them to test some stuff. I only gave them 4 stars because I have never tried a standard account with them. The micro account spreads and fill were good in my opinion.
