Funny. No Support. Unsoluble bugs without their help. There is extra hidden cost. Very limited application. Their desk side has no one except one full message box impossible to leave an urgent message for the software to work and bring PIPS IN. But one of their marketing crew seems working hard, and have confidence for their software.

The customer supports are overall very bad. The staffs are rude, and their attitude is so un_PROfessional. (Tech_Support, Cashiers...software...after all, couldn't be more worse than them.) They are not good as they've always been said.
