- I will start by saying: "I haven't use this broker since May 08". However, based on what I'm hearing from my friends, they haven't changed much. I don't think that they deserve "scam", but the certainly aren't doing a very good job. My final reason for leaving was 3 bad customer service calls in a row. I used stop orders for a lot of my trades and they weren't getting filled and/or slipped by as much as 14 pips. Not cool! So I left... I "think" that it's just a liquidity issue, but who knows. Bottom line: I won't use em again.

- It's possible that FXCM learned their lesson and is now providing solid broker services to forex traders. I decided to refund my account (while I was looking for a broker) and I haven't left, lol... The orders fill fast and when I have an issue, they either fix it or explain why it happened. Who knew, FXCM a solid forex broker? Oh yeah, and they offer MT4 now...

- I'm not a big fan of broker bashing, but my complaints are legit. After several "bad ticks" and other issues, I pulled my funds. My biggest problem was their lack of explaination when something would happen. I frequently had limit orders that would not fill and/or really bad slippage on stops. I saw the GJ spread at 37 pips once! ouch! Conclusion: I love MT4, but not with this broker...

- I've been trading for several years and I've paid for every forex service/tool under the sun. 4xlounge is the best service that I've found. They have tools that you can't find anywhere else. It took me about 3 weeks to get my head around their systems, but once learned, they are consistent and profitable. If you sign-up, give it some time and you will be glad that you did. My trading has never been better...
