C.I.M. BANQUE Failed Promises

- This CIM BANQUE from Lugano and Geneve has caused many problems to me, my family and to several of our clients.
They have asked me to open a bank account to receive commissions because we have brought several clients to this bank. Commissions were based on transactions, and our clients did have many transactions.
I have sent contract to the CIM BANQUE, and they have received the contract, confirmed to have it received, and later after about 12 months, failed to pay commissions and falsely claimed they have never got contract in the first place, while I have confirmation of the former employee!!
This CIM BANQUE has made an appointment with three of other clients of our bank, as I was working help our clients open a new bank accounts. The appointment was scheduled in Croatia, in the bank which belongs to same Italian shareholder like CIM BANK. And we scheduled appointment days in advance.
The CIM BANK has unreasonably canceled appointment with all 3 clients, coming from 3 different directions, less than 24 hours.
In December 2009, we have informed the CIM BANK that one of our clients was doing illegal business. They have helped the client getaway with the fraudulent half a million in cash and denied to our company to get balances from the account we had with the bank.
