- This broker, well-known as FXCM, is absolutely a crooked broker. Because of FXCM’s price spikes, I was kicked out of position that had automatically closed when my usable margin got so low. At one time, my open order passed my T/P and reached 28 pips high—but when the price started retracing down, my account was also starting to lose dollars. I frantically and repeatedly clicked the ‘cancel’ bar but nothing stopped the damned order process. The system even had the nerve to inform me that I cannot cancel an ‘order in process’! I don’t think I’ll be using FXCM again. Terrible.
Give them 10 rather than 5 stars!

- FX solution, as they mentioned, has a very good trading platform. However, their customer support is a complete contradiction of the goodness of their platform. I’ve personally experienced the rude treatment from their support team. I hope that they could improve this SERIOUS problem. FX Sol is good... and, if not for this bad factor, they can be the BEST.
