- The service is enjoyable because they’ve provided good profits that cover all my expenses. Meaning, I made enough money to pay for this service and had some left to save, too. I’ve learned a lot from their various analysis and tips about forex trading. I won’t get surprised if somebody tells me that they are providing two services. Every bit of knowledge and learning experience they gave me will always be valuable. Their trading system definitely taught me how to trade safely and consistently.

- I have a strong suspicion that FXCM is using a software that ‘stop-hunts’. Several times, when my stops were closed, FXCM widened the spreads so that I’d be taken out. I had several orders that got frozen without my control. All those positions would have been profitable if they had been closed when they reached the ‘stop’ time. But despite my impression that FXCM is robbing money from naïve and vulnerable traders like me, I still think FXCM is a good choice. You just have to be always alert and good record keeper. Always jot down the ticket numbers of all your transactions with them… to be on the safe side.

- I don’t think this charting software is for me because I find it very hard to customize. The default set-up is very plain which I think caused me more confusion than anything else. I couldn't set my own platform, plus, simple changes like choosing a new background color or anything that I prefer seem next to impossible. The features could very well be non-existent or just plain misleading. I also tried adding on my indicators and a few trading tweaks such as different time zones and currencies but failed.
This charting software just drove me crazy so I left it alone.

- I had a complete and thorough learning of forex trading because of Jon’s help. He was always very patient and very accommodating.
I can easily say he’s been trading for so many years just by his confidence when discussing forex trading. I’m really impressed with how he answers all questions clearly and completely. His detail-oriented style combined with his humble personality is to be admired. And as with all successful traders, he also observes strict discipline in his trading.
