Worst Broker - Never will use ODL again.

I am in trading for many years, and i have learnt from lots of books and experienced myself in trading floor.
What i found in ODL is they show fixed spreads, but it doesnt really oftens match the real market pricing, its 2-3 pip up or down.
This is real bad ! It will kick you out from your profitable trades.
They have a very slow customer support, i used to email them, and after 2 days i get a response. I phone them, they keep on hold for few minutes, and than they mention, the manager will call me back or email me.
I have immidiately taken my money out from ODL.

- I have used them for about 4 months now. they are very fine in terms of spreads, and good execution. They allow hedging, which is favorable in this market.
A wonderful support team they are staffed with!

- I have just used them for around a month. Honestly i had a hard time with CITIFX, there customer support is very slow.
I have found in various important news time, the spread widens alot.
However, i just dont trade news, as well other times, i have seen many of times high spreads and widening.
