Quote:: Jimmy Young doesn't just give you trading strategies, which include (news, momentum & intra day strategies), he also gives you his opnion, a bankers opninon on how the markets are behaving and their relationship to marco events in the current climate. I find this extremely useful in forming an opinion of where the market are going for the next day which helps me plan my trades, as a result armed with this info, it keeps me out of some bad trades and nearly & most importantly it keeps me out of the market at times when we should just not be trading as traders.

Another useful experience I have gained out of his day to day teachings, is the psychology aspect, which isn't really covered, but his set and forget strategies have improved by bottom line no end. To me this has helped me stay in trades and as a result am starting to handle retraces and in the end letting my profits run..

The weekly newsletter prepares you for upcoming news trades.
The program is technically/fundamentally balanced.
Sean is the Administrator of the site. He's very helpful and professional.
The say, "Those who can't DO... teach."
Jimmy is a profound exception.
If I had to make a criticism, I would ask that the video archives have searchable tags.
I used to have nightmares about loosing my shirt. My new nightmare is that Jimmy will retire. For this reason I'm looking for a program of the same quality to use in concert with Jimmy's. That is what brought me to reviewpips. I haven't found anything like Jimmy yet, but still looking, and will report back if/when I do.

Quote:: Jimmy Young is a legendary bank trader from New York. He no longer works in the industry, but does teach traders and wanna-be traders the ropes. His instruction focuses on fundamentals, technicals and sentiment. His trading styles or methods change with the flow of the market. Adapt or die is his mantra, which is completely true. Systems don't work forever, and he is the first to say so. This is not a signal service. He explains why he is a bull or a bear, and expects the student to do his own research. The guy is brilliant, just sometimes a little difficult to follow. There is great support from the office (Sean) and a library of videos on the website. Jimmy seems sincere in his desire to educate, but you must be willing to put in the time to learn.
