My bad experiences with trading are contrary to what this book has described about stop losses. There is no form of guarantee whatsoever in forex market. Traders always lose money. The book said there are no commissions to pay but I have paid commissions every time I trade. Are they built-in?

But this is not the only reason why I’m disappointed with this book. There are no detailed explanations on important topics. The history of currency trading, as well as the basics of fundamental are thoroughly covered but I want more details on the trading mechanics. I hope the authors provided more information on the ‘how’ and not on the ‘what’.

Lots of info on the origin, background, and basics of currency trading… But who needs history? I want to learn about the ins and outs of forex market. I want more meat on the fundamental and technical aspects of trading. Moreover, the book says there are no commissions to pay but this is wrong. The book also claims that stop losses are surefire shots but if you’d believe this, you’ll end up losing a lot of money—like me. This book failed to fulfill all my expectations.

Highly recommended! You can be assured that the book is not a guessing game or even just a collection of theories. Through this book, making money in the currency market is almost guaranteed. Of course, it always makes sense to check everything first before actually using it. After reading ‘Profiting with Forex,’ you’ll definitely make time to read it again—and again.

Written by two professional traders, this book has trading ideas that are guaranteed to work so that both newbie and developing traders can easily use them in creating actual trading strategies. Some of the trading books these days are written by faux traders who have little or no trading experiences at all and therefore, only give pure theories. So I suggest you also do background checks on the authors.

But if you’re one of those traders who trade to make money —read this book.

This book was recommended to me by a friend who has been trading forex for 3 years. It was indeed informative and helpful for a forex newbie like me. I wanted to focus on fundamentals and this book explains that concept well enough (especially the role of economic indicators in moving the market). I have no regrets buying this book and I highly recommend this to every trader. It’s worth every cent.

This book is my HG forex book. I purchased this the very first day it was released and I’m really impressed with how the authors, Mr. Jagerson and Mr. Hansen, presented their ideas informally so that the readers could easily understand the book. I’ve been trading stocks for 10 years and after I read this book, I think I’m gonna have to try switching to forex trading instead. Recommended!

When I first read the book, I was totally new to forex and didn’t even know what I was up to. This book thoroughly introduced me to forex, which is why I really like it. On the first part of the book, forex trading was comprehensively explained; even the risks of trading without proper training and enough knowledge. From a newbie who’s just starting to learn forex, I can say that this book is a good one to start with when learning forex. It covers the basic fundamentals also gives advanced information that a forex beginner needs before plunging into trading.

The author’s approach is not the usual step-by-step guide. Dividing the topics and discussions into separate pieces makes the book an easy-to-read reference in forex. The teaching technique was so simple and subtle that learners will find studying forex an enjoyable experience.
