Pros:: Low spreads, Solid trading platform
Cons:: Poor customer support
Bottom Line:: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
Quote:: Trading profitably with them for 3 months & pretty happy. Then one day out of the blue they told me they were cutting my leverage effective immediately. No basis for this other than the fact I was making money (max draw down 0.6%, never a losing day, made $35K in 3 months). Environment with them is unstable & you can't count on any commitment. Avoid at all costs.

Quote:: The best broker I have encountered for the following reasons. Lowest spreads. When I withdraw, I do it on Monday's and i have it by Wendsday. I don't know where you find another broker to give you these low spreads, let you scalp and use EA's. I simply haven't found another in a while. So I am here for just 9months now which is not so long but I have tested out different trading styles until I found one that worked well here. I found customer service to be good and quick replies. they seem to always be friendly and nice. I know a few people that use them and I have never heard a bad thing about them. Since they are one of the honest, best brokers, I'm sure a few people walk away unhappy but I hear most are satisfied and i've heard about a lot of folks withdrawing nice profits. I guess that is what it is all about in the end.

The MT4 platform is easy to use and navigate, and when I was first starting out, the staff were very helpful with guiding me through the process. They offer free eBooks to traders who are using their platform that are very informative and useful to any trader. I would definitely recommend this broker.
