Good Trader Charges to Deposit to Improve

Generally, I consider TDFX to be a good broker. The spread are at par with other broker and since I am using EA, I personally do not see much slippage or issues with the broker. The only downside is the charges for deposit and withdrawal using paypal. I know that TDFX did not charge for deposit and withdrawal, but I feel that TDFX need to do something to reduce the charges, i.e. probably by direct debiting debit card (without the need for paypal). For your information I was charged 2.5% for the transaction, for GBP 1000 approx GBP25, way too much. Hope TDFX could do something on this fast. The deposit and withdrawal are fast by the way, it is just that the charges is a bit too much.

I would only rate this broker a median rate because the only thing that’s good about their service is the fast withdrawal. The worst thing is that I constantly experience is their price manipulation on my EUR/GBP trades. I have also been trading with other brokers and they provide much better service.

Their service is excellent and their customer service is amazing. Tadawul FX provides outstanding service and they’re very honest with their clients. Their system is one of the best, the execution and conditions are close to perfect, and their spreads get as low as 2 pips on majors. Scalpers won’t like Tadawul very much since they don’t allow scalping but overall they’re a pretty reliable broker.

Tadawul FX provides excellent service which enables me to use Fabturbo short and longterm scalping. They also have good spreads and a reliable customer support team. Even with all those “pros”, that still didn’t stop me from looking for a better broker. Well, I never found a “better broker”. Needless to say, I kept coming back to them.

This company doesn’t even deserve any star for rating. They are the worst broker out there. Not only do I get constant requotes, they also have a very poor customer support! Add to that their useless customer service. Every time I send emails about my problems, they just tell me that it’s my fault why I am experiencing problems. I am not that stupid and what kind of customer service gives that kind of reply?! Guys, stay away from them!

The broker is great. Professional, helpful, honest.
Spreads are low and fixed, depositing and withdrawals are fast executed. They are a friendly company, even the chairman/founder communicates with you! I have been with them for 3 years and will be with them for a long time to go. Their performance is superb.

Tadawul is the best broker I have known. Their demo account is exactly the same as when you go live. I didn’t experience any problems at all with their service.
