For me, you donâ€™t have to consider a company a scam simply because youâ€™ve encountered some problem transferring money to your account. The problem might be with you. Why donâ€™t you try to read and learn everything about the company and ask what the best method is first when it comes to transferring and withdrawing money?

Quote:: I had a very horrible experience with their managed account subscription and now Iâ€™m certain - I never want to trade with them ever. During my days with PFG they didnâ€™t even have an email address available so customers can contact their support. The only means of contacting them was through phone and all I ever got was a voice message. So much for talking to a real person.

I never experienced any customer service representative from PFG that were bad-mannered; in fact itâ€™s always the friendly, knowledgeable and professional tech people who are answering all my questions promptly.

Quote:: Iâ€™ve tried a lot of brokers for the past 5 years of my trading. One of this is PFG Best. In general, PFG has it all. The only problem Iâ€™ve encountered with them is their very poor customer service. Theyâ€™ve always been very rude when I tried to ask for their help. Being with them for almost a year, Iâ€™ve been so used to their poor customer service, I donâ€™t even complain anymore. I just hope the owner of this company would do something about it and if it happens, I will consider this broker the best of all.
