Pros:: Good transaction reporting
Cons:: Poor customer support, Unstable platform, Slow cash withdrawal process
Bottom Line:: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
Quote:: Trade execution is horrible, Orders often just hang there for several seconds before executing. Customer service reps are arrogant, rude, and unapologetic when there are problems. When I left a review at the FPA site, the CEO (?) came on after me trying to make me look like an incompetent newbie that didn't understand how markets work. Nice try, but I'm a profitable fulltime trader with 4 years experience. These guys think they're hot stuff, but they stink.

They just keep on pass when ever you call and waiting game continue.

They tell you that they can close your trade when their platform malfunctions but by the time they answer the phone the trade is going, going, gone.

Big time thieves. Closing my account!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Quote:: I've been with MBT for a long time, still hold a small live account with them. Some of the best spreads and trading conditions you'll find in the market. And I would recommend them to friends if it wasn't for the drop in leverage. Lately I find it difficult to get myself out of tight spots because of not being allowed to open more positions. When I am perfectly in control of the risk I am taking, the 50:1 leverage won't let me take that risk. So if you can handle trading with significantly low risk settings they are still one of the best, but I've taken losses recently where I shouldn't have, simply because I couldn't counter-trade the risk due to low leverage. I think the 50:1 ruling does protect newbie traders, but is a frustration for someone who's been trading for a while.
