FXCM is an excellent broker. They always fix all problems as fast as they can. You never have to report a trouble for the second time. It’s amazing how quickly they address any issues. And I’m speaking from experience. I got into some mess when I was opening an account with them. I sent a help ticket but I was not expecting anything would come out of it. Most sites don’t reply to help tickets, y’know. But, hey, they replied—and fixed—my issue at once.

FXCM has been very good to me. I traded with them every single day for almost a year now and I never had any reason to complain. They have good charts, trading platform, and an excellent withdrawal method. I collect my profit every month and I never had any problems in terms of payment transactions. Within 24 hours, my money is delivered to my bank account.

It’s been a fruitful year of trading with FXCM. I don't have any complaints about their service. All in all, I am very satisfied. I like both their platform and customer support. And most of all, their money transfer. Both funding and withdrawing are fast.

FXCM is a good broker. They always pay traders all the profit they earned. I never had problems withdrawing my funds. FXCM never cheats. Compare their charts with other reputable brokers and you'll see the truth.

I won't suggest FXCM to newbie traders. Their platform is not suitable for new traders who are just starting to learn forex trading. Moreover, FXCM often gives the impression that they are trading against their clients. And that they just mind their own interest.

A month ago, I opened a demo account with the Citifx and FXCM at about the same time. My reason was simple: I want to make some comparison between the two brokers. And after a month of using both brokers, I gave a 3-star rating for Citifx and a whopping 5-star for FXCM. The platform of Citifx is harder to use than FXCM's. However, the customer support of FXCM is rather poor--giving me an impression that this broker dislikes giving help. I gave 1-star for FXCM's customer service because I always get the impression that their representatives only talked to me because it's their job to do it. With Citifx, the customer support is always helpful and accommodating that's why I gave this broker a 5-star rating.

Overall, I have good experience with this broker. I have been trading with them for almost a year now and, so far, I've never met any problems with their software. Although sometimes the spread widens, but it's no big deal. I like their trading platform because it's so easy to use.

What would you expect from a broker who never answers your emails? Besides, FXCM is all about marketing and that's it. Their service is bad and they get all their clients just through good marketing strategies, which is bad in my opinion. Definitely a scam.

It's possible that FXCM learned their lesson and is now providing solid broker services to forex traders. I decided to refund my account (while I was looking for a broker) and I haven't left, lol... The orders fill fast and when I have an issue, they either fix it or explain why it happened. Who knew, FXCM a solid forex broker? Oh yeah, and they offer MT4 now...
