The platform is as good as the awards received state, my only problem is that the layout is starting to look a little dated, but important things such as execution and an abundance of tools are still second to none.
Spreads are not fixed, and are not the tightest in the market but my trading experience has shown me that the excellent execution, the lack of any slippage worth mentioning keeps ACM extremely competitive.

Quote:: I've been trading with them since 5 months now, and honestly it was a very good experience so far.
The aspect I think is the most pleasant is that they never charge you any additional cost or fee even when you withdraw funds.
Off course you need to go through Swiss compliance process and it's sometime a pain, but to my opinion it's definitively worth it.
On the platform side I do think it's an solid and user friendly product, I quite liked the "Web" one on which you can log from anywhere.
Basically I only tried the "Java" and the "Web"
A more than decent broker.

These awards show why I have remained with this broker, they are not content to sit on their laurels, trading experience is positive, platform is professional standard yet easy enough to master and money out is as quick as the best. Have a look at them.

Platform has not long won another award, it has the best 1 click execution response time. lets mention their WYCIWYG and guaranteed fills and not forget the banking licence they will get soon. There are other major websites quoting newspaper articles reporting the blackmail attempt by the ex-client on ACM at the end of last year, that ACM already informed the authorities about this.

SmithJ, we live in the21st century, you want to contact any broker just pick up the phone! To say you lost lots of money and you sent lots of e-mails and got no reply. What are you? A Moron?! It could not have been that much if you could not be bothered to call them or get on the chat.

After a few months, I tried to re-open it but the customer representative who I talked with had informed that I wonâ€™t be able to open my old account again. He added that inactive accounts close automatically. And that if I really wanted to trade with them, I should sign-up again.

Arrogantâ€¦ that's all I can say. I can't go on dealing with a broker of this kind.
