Pros:

Low spreads, Easy-to-use platform, Good customer support, Fixed spreads, Solid trading platform, Good transaction reporting, Web-based platform, Mobile platform

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I've been trading with them since 5 months now, and honestly it was a very good experience so far.
The aspect I think is the most pleasant is that they never charge you any additional cost or fee even when you withdraw funds.
Off course you need to go through Swiss compliance process and it's sometime a pain, but to my opinion it's definitively worth it.
On the platform side I do think it's an solid and user friendly product, I quite liked the "Web" one on which you can log from anywhere.
Basically I only tried the "Java" and the "Web"
A more than decent broker.
